Water damage Clou Trend 570

In year 1995 I bought a CLOU trend in Italy from a private citizen and later I found a loss from the tube of warm water under the shower. The water ran under the PVC. I don't know from when.
As we found it, I repaired it.
After few months I found another loss under sink and then another one on a tube behind the Alde. I replace immediately the whole waterplant.
Yesterday I examined the floor with a special instrument: it is damp!
I lifted the PVC next to the door and under it there was another layer of PVC (???) and then the damp wood.
Now I must replace the whole floor! Which is the cause? The loss of water or a defect of production?
I travel a lot with my CLOU and I never noticed anything.
I know You had had the same problems with your CLOU and I hope You may tell me good advice because I wrote about this problem to N&B and they answered me just to replace the water plant.
